It's been a long day at work and i've been staring at the computer/laptop very frequently. Seems that my eyes are going to fail me sooner or later if i don't do anything. I went online to search for 'eye relaxation massage for long hours in front of the computer' in google and got some good information especially from this website: http://www.eye-exercises-for-good-vision.com so i'm gonna share with you all some of the stuff i tried today.
the first thing is to learn how to sit properly in front of your computer. whether you are in the office or at home, it is important for you to position yourself comfortably in the right sitting position. you can refer to the picture at the bottom on the post to learn how to sit properly in front of your computer.
Next is the palming exercise. This exercise is very simple. all you have to do is to rub your hands together until they are warm and then use them to cover your eyes. do not press onto your eyeballs while doing this and place your palms over your eyes so that there is minimun rays of light shining on your eyes. hold it there for 3 minutes and breathe slowly and evenly. repeat this as many times as you like. but if you're in the office.. don't keep your palm on your eyes for too long, your boss might not be happy with that. haha
